Bos Brasserie
From 1932 untill 2014 the building of Zoomers aan het Bos serviced as the first youth hostel of Holland. Afterwards it transformed to hotel Huize Koningsbosch. From the beginning of 2024 Zoomers aan het Bos transformed to a stylish modern age boutique hotel and restaurant, where quailty, comfort en and hospitality are raised to a high level. Zoomers aan het Bos is part of Zoomers, a beach resort on the dutch coast of Castricum. Here you can also find the famous strandhotel Zoomers which is het the hotel on the beach. This hotel also contains our gift and beach shop. On the beach you wil also find strandpaviljoen Zoomers which is our other restaurant.
Chef's favourites | Chateaubriand & Sole
From Tuesday to Sunday, we warmly invite you to Zoomers aan het Bos for our Chef’s Favourites. Let us surprise you and enjoy a perfectly prepared chateaubriand to share, or opt for fresh sole, prepared with passion and craftsmanship by our chefs.
We cook with seasonal, fresh and flavourful ingredients, so that every dish becomes a true culinary experience.
Cost:
Tuesday to Thursday: £39.50 per person, including tiramisu for dessert.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: £39.50 per person, excluding dessert.
Please note: the chateaubriand can be ordered for 2 people. The sole can be ordered per person. Please indicate in the comments which dishes you would like and for how many people.
