Experience the calm of morning beach yoga by the sea every Saturday. This gentle class combines soft movements, breathwork, and meditation to help you unwind, reconnect with yourself, and ease into your weekend with intention.
The peaceful sound of the waves and fresh sea air enhance the practice, allowing you to go deeper into the moment and feel truly recharged—body and mind. The class is beginner-friendly and equally welcoming for seasoned yogis, with no complex poses involved.
When the weather is kind, we practice outdoors on the beach. If it’s chilly or rainy, we move to the cozy indoor space of the beach pavilion.

- Every Saturday in the month of June, July and August
- Bring your beach towel, water bottle and sunscreen (yoga mat is not necessary)
- Cost: 17.50 per lesson
