After a successful Christmas concert that received many positive reviews, we have decided to organize an atmospheric Easter concert featuring String Therapy and Banjos&Celotte.
The flower bulbs have sprouted again, coloring the roadsides purple and yellow. We too are turning our faces towards the sun. With the flowers and the sun, spring fever is also spreading. Ideas, plans, just a desire for everything. With spring bubbling in the ground and tingling in the air, the musical duos String Therapy and Banjos&Cellotte are coming to Zoomers aan het Bos with an inspiring spring concert. With a brand new repertoire from both ensembles. Banjos&Cellotte interpret spring in their own characteristic way, with delightful songs to listen to on a sun-drenched terrace. You might even hear a French chanson passing by… String Therapy starts spring with the most beautiful film music, taking you to Middle Earth with Frodo from Lord of the Rings, holding your breath in Sicily, and reliving that moving final scene from Les Intouchables. All from the comfort of your seat, with a good glass of wine or a refreshing Lentebock beer. Step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday reality and let spring and summer 2026 blossom at Zoomers aan het Bos!

About String Therapy
With a shared love for captivating melodies and chords that give you goosebumps, Martijn Hoeksema (piano) and Melanie Mehrer (cello) transport the listener to a refuge where the hustle and bustle of everyday life ceases to exist. Where one can immerse oneself in harmonies and resonate with wonder. Well-known (light) classical melodies, film music and an insatiable hunger for the most beautiful pieces ever written. About Banjos&cellotte
Banjos & Cellotte are a musical duo. Lotte and Jos have been playing together for about two years now and met in (where else?) a rehearsal room in
Alkmaar. Their music is a unique and emotional combination of banjo/guitar/ukulele (Jos Kraakman) and cello (Lotte Groot), creating a warm and atmospheric sound. The duo mainly performs their own instrumental compositions, which are sensitive and atmospheric. The music is a mix of classical and light classical pieces, with a touch of jazz and folk influences.
The music is perfect for a cosy evening or other special event.
